Easter
We always go to my grandparents' house for Easter. We have a big meal, and an Easter egg hunt. I always loved that, but, this year my grandparents had to go to Florida. I was disappointed, until I learned that I learned that we were going to a lady named, MaryJane. She recently had back surgery, and she missed communion at our church. We went to her house as a surprise, and we played some songs. We also had communion, because she was really upset. I was very happy that we got to do that for her, and I hope she was happy too.

What a very sweet thing to do with your Easter. I bet she was very happy to see you.
ReplyDeleteI am sure you and your family brought much joy to her Eater! Do you play an instrument? I am sure you missed your grandparents on Easter.
ReplyDeleteI've played the violin for 7 years. So yes. I do play an instrument.
DeleteI am so glad for both you and the lady you visited that Easter was special though different this year- sometimes that is the greatest lesson of all. Appreciate what happens rather than being disappointed by what didn't. Keep writing.
